Training

Our approach to training is interactive, experiential and backed up with both established and emerging theory. We provide training in leadership, change, performance management, coaching skills and organization culture.

Whilst we use many well tried-and-tested methods and activities, all our training is bespoke. We take time to understand your objectives and then we build something that will work for you.

Our style is heavily influenced by our experience in coaching and facilitation along with several years in adventure based experiential learning. We aim to get the balance right between covering the planned material and responding to needs and questions in the group. If the latter make it more relevant then we tend in that direction.

We particularly enjoy training people to be coaches and mentors.  For accredited post graduate level courses we work with our friends at Pinna Ltd.
