The values-based manager
This programme runs over two separate days, one month apart. It is intended for middle and senior managers who want their management practice to be true to both personal and company values. The first day considers how individuals and organisations articulate their values and then makes connections with management practice. By the end of the first day, participants will have an action plan to assess their own practice in relation to their company values. In the second day, participants will use the assessment to prioritise changes in practice. A range of tools and techniques will be introduced throughout, to ensure that participants return not just more effective managers but more effective values-based managers.
